Conny has the answer
Every project leaves knowledge behind: decisions, solutions, experience. Today it sits in file storage, inboxes and people’s heads and only shows up when someone searches long enough. Conquest Conny brings it out: as an answer to a question in the chat, on mobile too, with a source and, on request, in plain language.
Anyone who needs a piece of information usually knows it exists. Just not where.
Location 1
In the old project folder
Searching for file names nobody remembers.
Location 2
In an email thread
Somewhere between reply six and forward twelve.
Location 3
In a colleague’s head
Who is in a client meeting right now. So people ask around and interrupt.
This is especially noticeable
when covering for colleagues
during onboarding
for non-native speakers
What Conny can do
Ask instead of search
Conny is a search layer on top of the existing file storage. Not a new system that needs to be maintained.
01
Ask in everyday language
“How did we solve this in the last project?” Conny understands the question, not just the file name, and answers with a reference to the source.
02
Easy to understand
On request in plain language or in English, with technical terms explained by example. For everyone whose first language isn’t German.
03
Up to speed faster
New colleagues and people covering for others find processes, templates and the status of a project without interrupting anyone.
04
Honest when it doesn’t know
If there is no reliable basis, Conny says so instead of guessing.
What Conny can’t do
Conny makes knowledge available.
Nobody is monitored.
No ad copy
Creative work stays with the team.
No images
Conny doesn’t create designs.
No monitoring
No analysis of individual people.
The guardrails
What is fixed from the start
Data stays in Austria
Hosting and storage under Austrian jurisdiction; data sovereignty stays with us.
The AI model is interchangeable
Platform, model and knowledge store are separate. We are not tied to any one provider.
The file storage stays in charge
Conny is a search layer on top of the existing file storage. Whatever is deleted there disappears from Conny too.
Role-based permissions
Everyone sees what they need for their work. Confidential client content stays separate.
How Conny is being built
With the team, not around it
- Phase 1 · abgeschlossen
Gathering needs
Conversations with every role: project management, creative, account, management.
- Phase 2 · abgeschlossen
Specification
What Conny must be able to do, what not, and how we measure it.
- Phase 3 · läuft
Implementation
Built step by step with a technical partner.
- Phase 4 · folgt
Trial run in-house
The whole team works with Conny and gives ongoing feedback.
- Phase 5 · folgt
Evaluation
Before-and-after comparison and published findings.
What we learn along the way
We publish what works. And what doesn’t.
After the test phase
First insights, including the uncomfortable ones.
At the end of the project
A case study showing what a knowledge assistant can do in a small company and where its limits are.
