Scribbles with personality

The biggest challenge was to design a Code of Conduct that was legally precise, but at the same time appealing and lively. To achieve this, we not only used classic sketches, but also developed scribbles inspired by real photos that translate the content into a unique visual language. The result is a document that transforms the dry paragraphs into stories that people enjoy reading. The combination of hand-drawn character, fine detail and multilingual implementation ensures that the company’s values can be understood and experienced worldwide. Each illustration was specifically developed to support the content, not replace it – a creative balancing act between compliance and design. The result: a brochure that makes Palfinger’s principles visible, motivates employees and at the same time represents an independent medium full of character.
