Kukla is a leading company in the field of weighing and dosing technology. The fiberglass weighfeeder is a prime example of the company’s innovative power.

The main focus of B2B marketing is to communicate complex products in an understandable and appealing way. The aim was to develop an animation that clearly and precisely shows how the weighfeeder works.

By using CAD data and advanced 3D texturing techniques, it was possible to create an animation that literally immerses the viewer in the mechanics of the machine. This made it possible to provide a clear and clean insight into the technology without extensive production preparations. A conventional camera would have quickly run into problems with the glass fibers. Thanks to the animation, this problem could be elegantly avoided, ensuring a clear and clean image at all times.

Collaborative precision:
When experts unite visions

Creating the animation required close collaboration between Kukla’s engineers and our animation team. Intensive workshops were held to identify the critical functional sequences of the weighfeeder and to work out the best way to display them. This collaborative method not only guaranteed technical precision, but also an understandable visualization for the target group. The result is a powerful sales tool that Kukla uses at trade fairs, in training courses and in direct customer contact to demonstrate the superiority of its technology.

The 3D data we created not only served as the basis for the animation, but was also used to generate high-quality image material. These renderings are now used in various communication channels such as product brochures, technical data sheets and the company website. Our multifunctional approach has led to a consistent visual language across all media, which increases recognition and strengthens Kukla’s brand message in the long term.
